You can return or exchange your device or accessory within 15 days. To avoid any additional charges, make sure to review the info on our
Returns & Exchanges page. When returning, credit is applied to the UScellular account or to the original payment method.** A small $35 restocking fee per item applies.
Your device should be in like-new condition with original packaging, battery, SIM card, chargers, cables, other components and manuals. To avoid being charged the full price, make sure:
- Your screen is unlocked
- Your device is cleared of all personal information
- Your device is reset to manufacturer default settings
- Your device is deleted from any cloud accounts
Your accessory should be in like-new condition, i.e., perfect working condition with no physical, cosmetic and/or liquid damage. Please include all original packaging, components and manuals with your return. Please note: Liquid screen protectors are not eligible for return or exchange once the packaging has been opened.
If your device was mailed to you (e.g. orders online or over the phone), use the pre-paid, pre-addressed return slip included with your package to send it back within 15 days of your shipping date. You can also visit us in-store to return

Our return policy only covers devices, equipment and accessories purchased through UScellular
in-store, online or over the phone. Does not apply to merchandise purchased used or on clearance or to opened liquid screen protectors.
