Rural Call Completion

UScellular® is committed to addressing Rural Call Completion problems. If, in association with our service, you experience any of the following after initiating a call:

  • "Dead air" for 10 seconds or more
  • Continual ringing with no answer
  • A recording such as, 'the number you have dialed is not in service' when you are sure that you've correctly dialed the number and the called phone is working
